Am I able (is it okay) to let my motherboard overclock my PNY GeForce GT 730?

I am overclocking my processor already and my motherboard says that it can automatically overclock my graphics card. I don't know much about this. It has a fan on the graphics card but I don't know if it will be enough. I don't even know if my graphics card can be overclocked.

It is a PNY GeForce GT 730/GDDR5/1GB

Motherboard: ASRock z97m Anniversary
CPU: Pentium G3258
RAM: 8GB G.Skill
PSU: EVGA 400W

Thanks!

You can let the motherboard overclock the GPU. The software over locks don't generally maximize the overclock, but they are simple and safe.

I would also monitor your GPU temps before and after the overclock to double check you do not damage the card.
