There are two different things with a Win 10 install. Operation and Licensing.

Licensing, maybe, probably. Depending on where that license came from.

Operation...yo are talking about the actual OS install, moving from one system to a new one?
That is a 100% maybe.

3 posibilities:

1. It boots up just fine
2. It fails completely
3. It boots up, but you're chasing issues for weeks.

I've seen all 3.

In a new or different PC, a clean OS install is always recommended, often required.
