CPU: AMD A8-6600K
GPU: Gigabyte Windforce OC GTX 1050 TI 4 GB
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 TR-600 600W
Motherboard: MSI A88X-G45 Gaming (MS-7900)

RAM: 2x4 Corsair Vengeance (8 GB)

I was wondering if I could play PUBG at low settings or at least play with no lag, lol.

Solution

I have a system with a gtx 690 which is just two gtx 680s on one chip with only one GPU active i can get right at 45fps on very low but with some lag spikes. Your card it a touch faster and has 2gb more memory so you should be fine graphics card wise. My system is running a Intel I5 3550 which is very comparable to your APU except my single core performance is a touch better. When i run the game on this rig i get 100% cpu utilization so the game seems to be...
Cpu is weak , im not sure if you can run it .. You can try med/high settings to push your GPU ( Low settings use more cpu power ) ...

Try to run it and if you cant just refund the game . ( just dont play more than 2 hours )

With no lag? I highly doubt it even much more powerful systems experience frame rate drops in certain parts of the map depending on what is happening.

Give it a shot your cpu is he weakest link but it might run okay. It likely wont make much of a difference if you run it at low or medium settings as you're almost surely going to be cpu bottlenecked not gpu bottlenecked.

When i run the game on this rig i get 100% cpu utilization so the game seems to be optimized to run on all cores equally. I think you could get by with this set up personally. And if you overclocked your CPU you could probably run it a little better. Overall you seem to have to put together a well balanced system there!
