core 2 quad, which will be the only quad that might work. The E8500 is a C2D (core 2 Duo). They are all very old CPU's though. Is it really worth it?

i have hp 8000 elite and had core 2 duo e7500 i upgraded to core 2 quad q9500 and its working very good you can upgrade to a core 2 quad
