Am I able to upgrade the processor and graphics card in this computer(will post link). If so, can someone tell me what I can

The main limiting factor is the 350w power supply(probably low quality), however, with it you could probably go up to a 750ti on the GPU. If you replace the PSU to a good quality one with better specs then the only limiting factor is the space for the card.

For the CPU, it's an FM2 socket so the Richland or Trinity APU's will work. I believe this is the mobo they used:

Also, you would need to get the exact info of the mobo and get the CPU comparability list to see if there are any Richland or Trinity APU's that wont work.

Why would you buy that just to replace the cpu and add a GPU? That adds $300 to the price of the computer making it cost $700.Just buy a $200 more expensive one with a better cpu and gpu or build your own. You can build a much better one than that for $550 or buy one around $600 that's still better.

I think you could slightly upgrade the cpu to an Athlon x4 860k since its a fm2+ socket. The FX series is all am3+ though so those are out of the question.

I used to run an A10-7700k, which is a quad core FM2+ cpu, base clock 3.4GHz for about $110, and you can get a solid 550W 80+ gold rated PSU for around $80-$90. The GTX 750ti runs for about $100-$110. Overall that's about $300. I'd personally recommend building your own. If you bought a new case (I got my full tower for about $120), a new PSU (I got my 650W for about $90), an atx board and an FM3+ processor (I recently bought the m5A97 and FX-6350 for about $220), and a new card (I'm planning on going with the RX 480), and if you keep your storage and RAM that all comes out to about $660. I know that seems like a lot, but it would be worth it to just grin and bear it for a little longer while you save up some more (if budget is a limitation here).
