Am I allowed to republish the RSS Feed?

Hello,
I recently saw that there is an RSS Feed from tom's hardware and I was wondering if I can get the data and then post it to a mobile app am making with a button to redirect to the tomshardware website to read the rest of the article.

If I can get a response asap I would appreciate it.
