Am I bottle necking?

Hi, I'm not too sure if I am bottlenecking or not, I feel like my motherboard is bottle necking the rest of my system. Here are my specs:

CPU: AMD FX-6300
GPU: EVGA GTX 660 Signature 2 3GB
RAM: Patriot Viper Blue (16GB; 4x4)
Power Supply: Xion 850-watt modular
Mobo: MSi 970A-G43
HDD: 1 TB Toshiba

I feel like since it's only the 970 chipset on my mobo, it is hindering the rest of my system from performing at its full potential.

Look at the CPU and GPU utilization when performing whatever task you think is bottlenecked. Is one of them maxed out while the other is underutilized? If so then you probably have an imbalance (bottleneck).
