I play a game semi-competitively. To get the best experience and have an edge, obviously we rely on Ping and PC components. After just building my newest PC I knew that 1080p was the only format Id use so I found zero reason to spend 3k on a gaming PC for parts to not be utilized completely. With that being said, would you say based on my specs my system isnt getting full potential?
Mobo: Asus X470
RAM: TridentZ 16GB 3200
HD: 860 1TB SSD
CPU: Ryzen 1600 OC’d to 3.7 base
GPU: RTX 2070 OC’D +80
I play on 144hz and see a usual consistent 144, but dips down to 90-110 and im just wondering if this is a bottlnecking issue. I didnt buy the 2080 for that reason. Any advice on whether or not my specs could be bettered to suit a constant 144 would be helpful
