Am i bottlenecking my cpu?

So i recently got a new gpu (r9 270x) and i was wondering if I am bottlenecking my cpu...
I run bf4 at 30-40 frames at ultra, and when i go 1024 x 768 everything at low i get a 5-10 fps boost if that.
My rig...
1. Processor = A8-5500
2. Gpu = r9 270x
3. 8 gigs of ram
4. 600w psu
I overclock my gpu by 60 MHz and i overclock my cpu at 3493 MHz. they both run at 35 degrees
Celsius. Please help me find a solution and thanks in advance.

Yes, the more you overclock your CPU , less it will bottleneck your GPU. Are you sure that your APU model # doesn't contain 'k'? Please be sure that your APU contains 'k' or not. Download CPU-Z and check.

No my apu doesn't have a k.

Also my apu has a turbo of 3.7 Ghz i think.

No I can mess with the multiplier in overdrive.

No my bios is locked, but in amd overdrive i can mess with the mutipliers..

Yeah i'm now seeing that I can't change my multiplier...but I can go turbo by clicking the box to check it.

Yes, when i do that it puts it to 3493 MHz not 3700
