Am I bottlenecking with this build?

Im new to building PC's and I learned about bottle necking and stuff and I was wondering if my build I'm planning to get have any issues or anything, and if you have any recommendations if I should change some parts or anything please let me know, thanks.

Looking at your name that build is just an example i think?

Anyway,i wouldn't add so much fans to the build,they cost as much as the case itself and for that amount of money could you just buy a better case with more fans already in it,you maybe could add one 140mm led fan and replace the 120mm to the back.
Then would i use the stock cooler.This seems enough to get an i3 4170 (or 4160) which should do better than the pentium,since having hyper threading which makes it a virtual quad core.
I also would try to get a better psu,something like this since probably at a decent budget available where you live,

Don't know much about the prices of gpu's maybe an AMD R9 380'ish or even gtx 960 can be available for about the same price.New gpu's are about to hit the stores from both sides so you can wait for what impact they have on prices,but that's up to you.

Can't get a build with the i3 6100,a Z170 motherboard and some nice higher speed ram? anyway,for a new build would i not get lower than an i3 buld.
