Am I bottlenecking?

I am playing games like league of legends and counter strike and they are using minimum of 60% CPU and sometimes when i play games like h1z1 and dayz they use around 90-100%

Yes they are terribly optimised and will suck.up resources. All those early acces games do that, I cant be bothered with them!

check your task manager make sure nothing else is using up CPU
Also check for viruses

I ran a scan via malwarebytes and nothing came up but whilee scanning malwarebytes also took 25% cpu. I have a 500 watts power suipply idk if that does anything and a radeon r7 graphics card

You spent 1200$ on a pc with r7 gpu???? What are the full pc specs?

Days and h1z1 will max cpu...not much you can do ither than make sure nothing else is running.

Make sure in bios that turbo is turned ON and in windows power management the cpu setting is set to max 100%.

You have a strong cpu but weak gpu which wont help you in gaming. Dayz is demanding.

the r7 is going it. that is a terrible gpu for a 1.2k build

i went to this palce called NCIX and they helped me pick the parts. so im guessing I need a new graphics card then?

Although NCIX is reputable as far as delivering products, I have had some experience with them being very deceiving about a rebate. When did you build/ buy this computer?
