Am I doing something wrong with my overclock?

So,

I am taking a stab at overclocking again, but my temps seem ridiculously high.

My AMD FX-8350 is at 4.5Ghz on 1.35V.

Computer Specs:

AMD FX-8350 @ 4.5Ghz + Corsair H100i
EVGA GTX 670 FTW
ASUS Sabertooth 880FX R2.0
Corsair CX750M
G Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB 2400Mhz
Samsung 840 120GB
WD Caviar Black 1TB
NZXT Phantom Full Tower

Idle, my CPU is 39C and my package gets as low as 16C.

On the third test of Prime95, CPU reads 66C and package reads 55C.
