Question Am I experiencing a bottleneck?

Hey, recently my computer has been crashing alot and I believe it's due to a bottleneck between my gpu and cpu. It causes my pc to crash all the time when playing games, and it is quite annoying .
If someone could confirm if it's the bottleneck crashing my pc, that would be epic. Thanks.

CPU: Intel Core i7 6700K
GPU Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (4gb)
16gb ram
