Am I getting the most out of my pc playing overwatch?

My computer has a msi gtx 1070 gaming x and an intel core i5 7600k. I’ve done some research and I’ve been able to tell that my gaming pc should run overwatch on ultra at 60+ FPS. At the moment, I am only able to run overwatch on low settings with around 90 FPS.

-I have a 60hz monitor
-Vsync is not on
-I have 16 gb of ram

Your PC should be able to run overwatch extremely easy, even very low end systems can play the game and 60fps +

If the problem persists, just reinstall it :/

I’ve reinstalled it before. I haven’t really done anything to the computer yet, all I’ve done is installed is programs to go with my keyboard and motherboard, steam and msi afterburner. Is there anything I have to do to get optimal performance? And yes, my drivers are up to date
