Am I going to have to buy additional cables?

I am going to buy this PC .
Now, my question is if I have to buy any additional cables for it. Apparently the case uses an 18-pin connector for the USB-Ports at the front. The PSU and Motherboard don't come with an 18-pin connector.
Don't worry about the i7. I know there are cheaper options. It is my friends CPU and he gives it to me.

Any reason you are getting a 7700k when the 8700K is out or the ryzen 2600x which is cheaper and matches it?
That 18 pin connector is just the usb 3.0 connector on the motherboard so no need to worry about it as it's there.

Fyi I my little brother has that case and the casefans have shaky leds which might be frustrating to some.
