am i got screwed??? system not working

Hi... Please help me...i need expert advice...I always wanted a gaming pc..and I bought one yesterday...I ve got it by all parts...not assembled...my config are... Asus sabertooth R2 990fx...amd 8035 8 core cup...msi R9 280X 3GB...gskill ripjaw..8GB...so the thing is when I put that all together and monitor attached to the graphics....it's showing input devices not detected....checked putting graphics in different slots..., please help me...I've invested my whole fortune for it...I'm from India...and you know it's cost double for an imported item.... !!!!HELP!!!!!!

Hi, can you be a bit more specific. Is your PC turning ON?
I am guessing, after turning ON the message being displayed is "Input devices not detected".
Did you connect Mouse and Keyboard?
