the problem i face in my overcloking in bios 0803 and 0805 i test for example speed 3.815 @1375 llc2 with prime 95 for 5 hours then restart but when i increased voltage to 1.393 it restart after 30 min only !
even i go for llc3 it may restart after 1 may be it randomly happened in event log i get kernel power 41 to be sure i tested my rams with meme test 86 for 6 hours at speed 2933 with new bios 0805 and the passed the test without error now i want to know is the problem is my power supply i bought it from 5 years in 2012 is it degraded ? is it reason to why my cpu failing in prime test ? if it so how i only use 170 watt from certified +80 psu is that possible is degraded to can not supply 200 watt ?

The " kernel power 41" is just saying it did an unclean reboot. It is so hard to say here but I'm thinking it may not be your PSU. When you are OCing the time it takes to get an error isn't an indicator of anything other than its not stable so upping voltage and getting an error sooner doesn't really mean much other than the OC isn't stable.

The CPU SOC voltage did you bump it to 1.1 or 1.155? That can help when running higher frequency memory and OC'ing the CPU.

Also, you may want to record your memory OC settings and revert them back once you get the CPU OC stable. It simply helps figure out what to tweak if you do them seperatly then when you put them both in place if they are not stable you want to look into the SOC voltage.

You may simply need to leave it at 3.8 as that is in the range of OC's people get out of the 1700 albeit on the low side, silicone lottery is a b***h. My 1800x hit a wall at 3.9Ghz, which I could overcome with lots of voltage(over 1.4 volts) but decided for everyday use 3.9 was fine so I just started reducing voltage until I found the least voltage to run it at 3.9Ghz which ended up only being 1.35 volts.

james hi brother thanks for answering me
the overcloking is not stable ! on old bios 0612 i can get 3.875 at 1.387 at llc3 for 10 to 12 h with prime 95 blend test with new bios 0805 i can get at 3.815 at 1.387 llc3 for 30 min ! im not overcloking ram it just rated at 3000 and im trying to make it work at it original speed 2933 i finshed 6 h memtest86 with no single error also is 5 years old psu 550 watt can supply my system or not i see some people run ryzen at low volatge alot of them but not all of them win the lottery for me i just want to get 3.850 stable with 2933 rams no more

i tested the rams with new bios 0805 agesa 1006 a and was oc 3.815 ghz with memetest86 for 6 hours with no single error
other people use the same bios with no problem at all with them but there difference with me with 0612 the max power cpu cnnsuption was 84 watt with the new bios it reaches 97 watt
stress cpu with prime was the memory 2933
