Am I making a good deal?

Alright, so I have a bundle type of deal with this guy (Everything has warranty on it).
For 280 there is a i5-2500k Processor, Cooler Master Elite 430 Case and a OCZ ZX850 PSU.
I think it's a pretty good deal, just wanted your guys input on it.
