So...this seems too good to be true. I can't buy a 1060 right now because of the major hike in graphics card prices...but less than 60 bucks for a new (or hell, even used) 960?

What's going on here?

Thats not a 960. Its a fake listing.
Basically, its some old generation card (typically from the 98xx series or 4xx series) with a flashed BIOS to register as a 960.

Though, I am always skeptical of ebay GPUs, especially when mining is popular.

My main reason for looking for a used or old gen GPU is because right now I have the most beast <insert every other part here> computer plus a GTX 760......

And I was going to buy a 1080 ti 2 months ago but I was like naa let me wait on it a bit, then boom bitcoin hits 20k$/ea...

So how should I go about this? It seems like the 960 isn't even that much better than my 760 anyway. Should I wait it out and see if the cryptocurrency bubble pops? Wait for the 1100 lineup? What would you do if you were in my shoes?

Hunker down and wait it out.
Eventually GPU prices will come back down. Even if they dont, older hardware isnt going anywhere, so you can always fall back on the used route later on if things dont improve.
