Am I one of the unfortunate ones?

Have a 4770k on a Maximus hero board. CPU is cooled with a custom loop and temps are very low.

I can get 4.3 at 1.28v with prime 95 temps never exceeding 65c

At 4.4 I can't get it stable without 1.41v and prime 95 temps never exceeding 76c

Is there something else I can do or am I just an unlucky guy?

It's almost impossible to help you without your complete hardware specs listed?

Along with how you're overclocking?
