Am I running 1440p or 4k?

Hello, just got an asus pb287q 4k monitor and was surprised by the following:

Windows says i'm running 4k:

http://www.whatismyscreenresolution.com/ and similar sites says i'm running 1440p.

Speccy says i'm running 1440p.

So, what on earth resolution am I currently running? would hate to be using 1440p when I could be using my monitors max resolution, 4k.

Lmao i have that same monitor and both speccy and what is my screen resolution are telling that my resolution is 1080p

Don't believe that crap, your pc is running at 4k if windows says so. it's just the horribly optimized programs that can't run at 4k.
