am i supposed to have 120 fps in overwatch mid fights when everything is on low ? (gtx 1070)

ive tried so many fixes to gain more fps and nothing worked
i have gtx 1070 i7 7700k 16gb ram if youre wondering and still getting 120 fps mid fights when all my settings are on low
maybe im just expecting too much from my computer? i feel like my fps is inbetween not too bad but also doesnt perfom as it should perfom for this rig
