Am I the only one experiencing New "Updates" issue?

After the recent problems accessing Tom's Hardware Forum my New Updates section won't refresh. I opened a new tab just now

The old questions shouldn't still be bold. Also have a sneaking suspicion it isn't refreshing with new updates from other questions. It is however showing private messages such as a recent Best Solution.

I ran CCleaner and flshed my DNS terlet prior to starting some downloads. Didn't help anything.

The site is experiencing some technical issues that likely won't get resolved until tomorrow (Monday). We are all experiencing the same issues.

You can go into your Tracked Threads and Mark All as Read to clear the counter, but additional followed/tracked threads won't get added.
