AM2NF3-VSTA NO POST when turned on

ok so i recently built a AM2NF3-VSTA with an ati hd4670 agp card, 8gb of hys64t256020eu (which is unbuffed) and a Athlon 64 x2 6400+, however i recently had seen one or two forums saying that the asrock was crap. my problem with this board is that i get no POST but it does turn on,i made sure that all chords were put in place and i checked that cpu supported list and my BIOS is 2.5 (on the sticker) and the cpu list says 2.0 for the 6400+, so i don't know whats wrong with my pc. help?

full specs:
Athlon 64 x2 6400+
8gb (2x4) ddr2 pc2-6400 800mhz
His hd4670
Silencer Mk III 400W

Can you attach a case speaker to the motherboard? Is the board new or used? HAve you tried starting it with single RAM inserted?

friend 8GB that's right? because this mobo only support 32bits version of xp, i think ur problem is ur memory check the compatibility i have the same mobo with HD3850 AGP and i looking for another one for my HD4670
