AM3+ 9xx chipset mATX Board?

Are there any AM3+ motherboards out there with the 9xx chipset that are mATX? I've searched high and low and encountered nothing, only a few with the old 760G chipset. I wanted to upgrade from my slow Pentium G850 to a FX 6300 or even a FX 8320, without changing the computer case.
Another thing is, all these AM3+ motherboards only have PCIe 2.0 (only the high end ones have PCIe 3.0, but I don't have the money). Will this affect the latest graphics cards' performance? Does the non existance of this latest technology mean AMD has given up on their enthusiast CPU market?
Thanks for the answers in advanced!

Update - I want to update my motherboard, because it's too small for my Radeon 6850 (it blocks the SATA ports. Also, it has to be mATX, because my case is small.

None! All the lesser chipsets.
The straight forward approach to this upgrade would be an I5 since it uses the same board as the G850.
AMD has not jumped on the PCIe ver 3 bandwagon since their CPU's do not support it neither do Intel CPU's prior to Ivy Bridge.
