Am3+ - Am4 Compatibility with custom bracket

Alright. I have gotten some liquid cooling a while back with a thermaltake custom water loop kit : https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013XFJLNK/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I googled the exact water block and got this : link


When I go to amazon (where I bought it) it doesn't state support for am4. Link


However, when I head over to thermaltake's website. It says "AM4 Support" Link


So what's the deal? It came with 2 brackets, AMD and Intel. I only have the AMD. Not the Intel.

Can I put this block on AM4?
