Am3+ and DDR3 compatable motherboard

Hi, I am new to the forums and rather new to the whole "building a rig" concept. That being said I just got am3+ amd fx processor black edition 6 core 3.5 ghz card. And a ballistix 2 4GB ddr3 sticks of hardrive. Only problem is that I have GF8200A black edition motherboard. So I need help and some advice as to what motherboard I should buy that will support my new hardware. And if need be I can buy a new rig case also. Thanks in advanced for your help.

Processor: AMD Anthlon 7750 dual core processor 3.05 GHz
Installed memory: 2 GB ram
32 bit OS

I mean full specs, you put a bare minimum, which makes it hard to tell you anything when all I know is the general part you got, not the exact one, you know what I mean? For RAM you put "ballistix 2 4GB ddr3" but with that information, there's about 30 kinds of RAM you could be talking about, all with varying differences.

I'm sorry I really am not as well prepared as I expected. The package says DDR3-1600 PC3-12800 CL9@1.5V

I'm sorry I got this mixed up. The ballistix is my RAM. I have a 1 TB SATA 64 MB cache WD10EZEX for the hardrive

And the graphics card/processor is a AMD FX 6300

Could you list your old build, then post what you want your new build to be? It will really help figuring it all out! PS: Part numbers are a big help, as much info as you can give on a specific part means a higher chance I'll know what it is exactly.
