AM3+ back plate for the corsair h45 cooler

So I've just bought a new H45 cooler for a family members computer but I'm having problems mounting the block. The instructions say to re-use an old back plate but the only one I have has no stand offs what so ever. Any suggestions as to a back plate to buy or am I swinging to the fences?

hey dont worry about it if anyone sees this, just drilled the holes out and used some proper old tension nuts #screwwarrantys
