Check this out http://www.frostytech.com/top5_lowprofile_heatsinks.cfm yes they are idle temp, as you see at the lowest degree. || Current | Lowest | Highest || Stock/factory/OEM HSF from AMD make a "beautiful" sound like you heard in vacuum cleaner. - the only available 3rd party HSF you mentioned above are Noctua & Schyte. those are really reliable aren't they?? .
