yes they are idle temp, as you see at the lowest degree.

Stock/factory/OEM HSF from AMD make a "beautiful" sound like you heard in vacuum cleaner.

the only available 3rd party HSF you mentioned above are Noctua & Schyte.
those are really reliable aren't they??
