OK, guys I know it is compatible, it would work.
Its working actually.
But I have a different question.
I have an AM3 processor and two motherbords.
One is a M3N78EM which is am2+ and supports dd2, has good onboard graphics. And I have 4 gigs of ddr2 memory.
Other is a cheap am3 board I am not sure its model coz its not with me at the moment. And I have 2 gigs of ddr3 memory.

So I want to ask, how much would I loose computational performance if I use am2+ board instead of am3.

Solution
None.

Think of your processor as a car with a max speed of 50MPH.
Your AM2+ Motherboard is a highway that has a speed limit of 55MPH
The AM3 Motherboard is a highway that has a speed limit of 75MPH

Additionally, think of your 4GB of DDR2 RAM as 10 gallons of gas
Think of your 2GB of DDR3 RAM as 5 gallons of gas
