am4 brackets release date???

im buying a second-hand corsair h100i v2 cooler and he says that it includes an am4 bracket.. he also said that he bought it last january so im wandering if am4 brackets had already been released on that particular month..

Maybe he brought the AM4 bracket for it recently, they were giving them away for free at the release of RyZen this year, so if you have the cooler, why not grab one, even if you're not going to use it, I would, it would make selling it easier.

In my first post the link has a button where to buy. For me it says microcenter and amazon. If you have delivery from either in the philippines may be your best option.
