well, i had a MSI froze cooler but that sadly got bent in the delivery. no clue how. but anyone know of a decent budget cooler for my risen 1600, i honestly don't want to spend more than 50 bones. I'm also not interested in over clocking. just something budget friendly that can laydown great cooling

Solution
Ahhhh right I see your situation. :)
Grab the Cryorig M9a for $19.99 on Newegg.
The Cryorig H7 for $34.99 is a slightly more powerful alternative, followed by the H5 Universal for $46 on Newegg.
I know it seems like i'm one of those fanboys, but fact is nobody can beat Cryorig for value coolers at all.

would you still recommend even if the pc will most likely be under full load almost 24/7, since this is not just a gaming pc but also my work station for graphics design, programming, etc...

For a 24/7 build, I'd also think about swapping the fan on whatever CPU heatsink you end up using against a model designed for that, but it's definitely not necessary and the options already given above should suffice for your needs.
