Hey guys, so I tried to start up the pc for the first time and only the Motherboard LEDS light up after I turned on the power switch on the back of the psu... nothing happens when I use the switch on the case... what gives? Do I need to push the start button on the motherboard after I give the system power?

CASE:
NZXT Phantom 820 Computer Case
MOBO
ASUS ROG Crosshair VI Hero
CPU:
AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Processor
Cpu cooler:
Thermaltake Water 3.0 Riing RGB 360
RAM:
GZkill TridentZ DDR4 3200 CL 14
GPU:
2 GTX 960's (From old PC, only using one for now)
PSU:
Coolermaster 1200 Watt silent pro

One thing I've been curious about... it seems the case is missing the PLED two pin connector and the system warning speaker 4pin connector...I'm assuming this particular case just doesn't come with them, or am I some how wrong cause they are nowhere to be found after Tripple checking the cables.

Beings it starts with start button either the case power button is at fault or a weird grounding issue on the motherboard. Bread bag the motherboard by unbolting the motherboard with everything connected. Set it on the motherboard box so it cant possibly ground on anything. If the case power button doesnt work that way RMA the case.

So I tried turning the power and reset connector around but no luck... youre saying to leave everything connected while I take it out of the case to place it on the box? that won't be possible cause I have all the cables running around the back.

Can't guarantee if this works, but try shutting down your system, turning off your power supply and unplugging the AC cord.

Then hold the power button on the computer case itself for about 30 seconds, once done plug the AC cord back and then turn the computer on, see if that works!

Try lifting the motherboard as far as you can and slipping a piece of cardboard underneath; that way you won't have to reroute cables, but the motherboard is still isolated from the case. Make sure you use a large enough piece of cardboard for the entire motherboard.

Not an issue just unplug and replug them up. Check using the start button on the motherboard again to ensure its all working. Then try the case button.

Well guys I've been going back and forth with nzxt and they think it's a bad switch so they're sending a new one.

On the other hand Someone told me I should use a flat head screwdriver and touch the two power pins.. if it starts it's a bad switch. He also suggested plugging in the reset connector in the power pins on the board.
