So I've pre-ordered my MSI X370 xPower Gaming Titanium motherboard for my Ryzen CPU. I currently have a NZXT Hale90 1200w power supply I was planning on using for it.

I just noticed the top CPU Power has a 8-Pin and 4-Pin (I think I am okay there the PSU came with 2x 4+4-Pin connectors). But then I noticed a 6-Pin connector at the bottom of the board.

So I'm curious if my spare 6-pin PCIe connectors will be okay for that?

That 6-pin is for GPU, which will add 3 more +12V. Usually when you use three GPU for 3-ways CF, you should use it, keep in mind the GPU will draw power from pcie slot, but sometime the pcie slot will not provide enough power. For two GPU, like the 2X rx 480 8GB, you should use it, because the 6-pin will provide more +12V lines ( 3 more) for the Rx480s. Otherwise you don't have to use it, but if you want you can use it too because your PSU has 8X 6+2 pin cables.
