Ama 3 gaming can I run it?

I just bought a Xfx r5 230 from Best Buy and was thinking I was able to run Arma 3 specs are
2.5 ddr2 gigabyte of ram
Xfx r5 231.6 ghz processor
350 power supply and that's basically it

Even people with i7 SLI monster rigs have problems with Arma 3, it just not very well optimized and there are a lot of effects and items to load/render.

I have a i5 4460 and GTX 970, even I find it hard.

Also a 1.6Ghz (please specify the brand and if it is dual or quad core next time please) wouldn't play any demanding games, you need a quad core CPU with at least 3.0ghz. That has been the standard for years.

my cpu is a dual core but don't know the specific model

If this is off ebay or something similar don't get it. When I say brand I mean is it intel or amd. Also the name of the CPU so like I said mine is an Intel i5 4460.

If you want to play games decently you will need to get a very good i3, i5 or amd equivalent.

A 1.6GHz isn't going to do much at all, that's basically a CPU for a office computer...
