Amazon Advice (defected item)

Hi, i ordered a C920 webcam on amazon and upon first use a couple days ago i noticed some defects. When i was recording video there was a shaded black dot near the middle of the screen and the audio was making a weird wobble noise, also the video was very lagy. This is a 1080p Webcam with great auto focus, i shouldn't be having these problems... Does anyone have any advise on how i should go about returning this product for refund. I got it from Deals Dr off amazon.
