Maybe Amazon's employees are so poorly paid, they need the extra income.

This doesn't bother me, I see plenty of negative reviews, and as any savvy consumer should know, do not rely solely on stars ratings to buy any big ticket item. Must spend time browsing comments, and dive directly into the negatives.
