Amazon Order date passed. Do I file for a refund?

6:27 PM Package has left seller facility and is in transit to carrier. Its the 9th, and I havent herad more: do I just file an a-z claim and reorder?

ups tracking number? or actual amazon order number? ermmmm. seller ships to us in 3-5 buisness days and longer farther away, so id think that it comes from the us. btw its just a physical copy of a video game

When I ordered it, It said due september 6-9, that was august 30. It wsaid that it was "in transit to carrier" on the 30th. The 6th came, and it still hasnt updated the shipping process... so now that the 9th is gone, can i file a claim, or do i wait.

You can contact amazon but they are likly to tell you to wait a couple more days before they will let you file a claim.
