Amazon Prime Video won't let me watch in HD, but Nvidia Control Panel says HDCP compliant?

When I go to watch something on Prime Video, I won't have access to HD, and when I go to the settings, it tells me that my hardware, HDMI cable, and display must meet HDCP requirements (http://prntscr.com/kd4x7y) but when I go to the Nvidia Control Panel, it says that my monitor and GPU are HDCP-capable (http://prntscr.com/kd4y09) so, who's at fault here? My GPU is hooked up to the monitor with a DVI cable (because 144hz doesn't travel over HDMI), but even when I unplug the DVI cable and use an HDMI cable, Amazon still tells me I can't watch in HD. What do I have to do?

Solution
Have you tried booting the computer with HDMI already hooked up? I think if all you're doing is switching to HDMI when you want to watch a video, then maybe the copy protection interprets that as someone attempting to get around HDCP.
