Amazon refunded me $14 and $15 for price change.

I just wanted to let people know that Amazon will give refunds if their price lowers. I wasn't sure but I got in an online chat with a rep and she checked it out and issued two refunds(processing).
I know a lot of people use Amazon here and hope this helps.

Also, how long in between your purchase and the price change was this?

The case was 4 days and the monitor was 24 days. I'm not sure how long it can be, but It's easy to try. Type contact in the product search and click on contact customer service, yellow button under general support(contact us), use the pull down menus to select order question and it will take you to an option to chat online. Have the order number ready and the name of product.


I couldn't find a shorter way of contacting them, they made it tricky. She refunded last night and it was processed this morning, it may take 3-5 days to appear on credit card though.
