Newegg has the i7-4790 for $309.99, so Amazon's sale isn't really that much better.

However, Newegg also has the i7-4790K running at 4.0GHz for $329.99 w/$20 USD Newegg promo card (good 'til 11/10). That is a much better deal!

IMO, listed prices are a bunch of BS.
The only real deals are the hdd and ssd. The Samsung U28D590D is $578.44
on amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-28-Inch-Definition-Monitor-U28D590D/dp/B00IEZGWI2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1415392274&sr=8-1&keywords=samsung+4k+monitor) regardless of BF.
DDR3 1600 MHz RAM is regularly priced at that range.

Being someone who follows hardware prices, I am completely unimpressed with these early black friday "deals".
Paying MSRP online is a cliche to begin with, so the "amazing" sales are not that exciting.

These are not sale prices, they are actual price cuts on most items. Most other retails are selling for the same prices.

None of these are very amazing deals..
To start off with the Memory prices, as another reader mentioned, are typically that price.. not a huge savings
The 4k monitor.. yeah they are now starting to pump more of those out so the prices are starting to drop anyway, $550 for a 28" 2160p monior isn't bad, but its not incredible.
The seagate 3tb is admittedly not a bad deal and one worth looking at.
The samsung 840 pro isn't anything special, I got mine on sale from a tigerdirect store for roughly $315 back in June time frame.
Same goes for the i7-4790, I got mine back in June from the store for ~$320

Now the laptops.. the Razer isn't even worth mentioning. The price drop on the Razer Blade is abysmal and shouldn't even be listed.

The Asus, not to shabby of a deal but there are a lot of products you can get for the same price range, admittedly though Asus is a great brand.

Same 3GB Seagate has been $105 for a while now elsewhere and 4TB's are as little as $140.

*Amazon is starting to turn into E-Bay and often has multiple links at different prices to the SAME item (different sellers) making this confusing.

Add in New and Used items makes it even worse.

IMO, Seagate is the winner in the hard drives throughout 2014, particular model ST3000DM001 3 TB. Completely abandoned other companies, especially WD with all the marketing nonsense (colors) that are supposed to justify their high price.

280$ for Samsung 840 Pro 512GB SSD is pure logic NOT ridiculous. (850 series maybe) :)

IMO Black Friday has lost out on what it used to be. Now everyone Has a "black Friday" sale on one or 2 items, the rest are just jokes, I have seen better deals with regular sales through the year.

These are completely bogus deals from Amazon. They are market price or higher and don't represent much of a savings once you shop around
