After our canon pixma pro 9000 mk ii was plugged in at an event via an extension cable where other plugs were connected the power blew. Then the green and amber lights on printer flashed alternatively and I can't print anything. Usually I can hear the printer starting up but nothing. The ink cartridge holder also won't move. The error code is 5400. Any advice would be great
