Question amber light on dram new motherboard

Just got a new motherboard ROF Strix B440-F Gaming and a new cpuRyzen 5 3600 not sure why it’s orange. Legit looked it up and tried everything possible from resetting cmoc to putting the CPU in multiple times. Even tried switching ram slots. The orange light won’t go away and no signal from tv- computer. Everything boots up good just orange light and no signal on tv. Even tried to put in the speaker cable and everything else. Still no luck. Any information on this would help. Thanks.

Does the motherboard box say Ryzen 3000 Ready on it ?
If it doesn't then it will NOT POST with your Ryzen 5 3600.
You need to install an older supported CPU so it will POST and then you can Update the BIOS to a newer version that supports Ryzen 3000 CPUs.
Or take it to a local PC shop and have them update the BIOS for you.
