AMD 1.33 reatil hsf?? need help

I have a AMD 1.33ghz retail cpu and havent put it in yet...i will not be overclocking. Do i need a new hsf. Ive read other posts and get mixed reviews. Please, someone help me. I have this in a Antec 1030b case with 2 intake and 2 outake fans.

Well if you think about it why would AMD supply a hsf in a retail box that comes with a 3 year warrenty if it couldnt keep the CPU cool. the way i hear it the hsf that comes with the retail box can support the cpu up to 1.4 GHz

I would say use it until the fan starts to crap out (about a 1.5-2years). The fan in the retail box is made by CoolerMaster (<A HREF="http://www.coolermaster.com" target="_new">http://www.coolermaster.com</A>) and is most likely an EP5-6I51, or a DP5-6H51. Most likly the former. These are more then fine for running you CPU in spec. But take off that stupid pad on the bottom and use some thermal grease. I don't trust those gummy little pieces of crap.
