AMD 1100T Black edition. Gigabyte 990 FXA UD7 Need overclock specs/help

Motherboard: Gigabyte 990 FXA UD7 AM3+
CPU: AMD 1100T Black Edition 6-core currently at 3.7GHz (Corsair H50 Radiator cooler)
Graphics Card: Gigabyte R9 290 Windforce Edition at 947 MHx Core clock... and 1260 MHz Mem clock.
Power Supply: Apevia Warlock 1100 Watt
RAM: 4GB of Ripjaw and 4GB of PNY. (Don't worry, the timing and speed were compatible).

I am trying to get more than 30 fps out of ARMA 3 on high. Other games don't run very slow on ultra, but I'd just like to get a little more out of my pc.

I think the bottleneck os the GPU, so try overcloxking that, you can use MSI afterburner to do that.

What would you set the speeds and voltage to?
