Question amd 1600x 75c temps idle (Solved)

hello i woke up today and noticed my pc could barley reach 30fps in-games and i checked my temps and my cpu is at 75c on hwmonitor. so i searched it up and everywhere says to downloaded the ryzen master and its still 75 on there i have tried reapplying thermal paste nothing and updating bios did nothing.
my specs are:
hyperx 16gb ram ddr4
amd 1600x
gigabyte A320M-S2H
coolmaster lite 120 cooler
corsair gold 850w psu
gtx 980
my pc was working fine for a few weeks all this happened randomly when i woke up this morning.

It is quite high. I've my 1600x OC to 3.9 and it doesn't go above 75 on a Prime95 stress run.

Have you an OC on the CPU? if so, try it at stock and see what happens.

Most likely, your all-in-one cooler failed, or is otherwise not working properly. If that's the case, you might check if it's still under warranty.

it is not been OCed and its really new i have only had them both for about 2 weeks and the cooler seems to be working but its blowing cold air

i have just checked temps on the bios and it saying 14-20c but hwmonitor and ryzen master say 75 but they dont seem to move u or down static 75

my issue has been solved. i plugged my cpu pump into the cpu socket and my cpu fan cable into another slot on the mobo and now my temps are 20

Pump on that cooler needs to run at full speed all the time. You can connect it to Sys_Fan header just have to adjust it in BIOS to run at constant, full speed since your MB doesn't have AiO_Pump header that are not speed adjustable for just that reason.
