Hi All,

Finally AMD has launched Ryzen 3000 Series CPU's and 5700/XT GPU's today. I have been waiting for this day specially to know the prices of CPU, GPU and MBD. And now finally since they are here i was able to come up with a build for my budget ($1000-$1500).

Here is my selection :

[Mostly for Gaming at 1080/1440 at 144hz, Editing and Language Programming]

  1. Ryzen 5 3600
  2. RX 5700
  3. MSI MPG X570 Gaming Edge WiFi
  4. Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB 3000 Mhz DDR4 Memory
  5. Crucial MX500 M.2-2280 1TB SATA III SSD
  6. NZXT H500 ATX MidTower Case
  7. Corsair TX-M Gold 80+ 650W PSU

I know we don't have any reviews for any of the newest components launched today and i am not sure if the CPU,GPU and MBD combo makes great deal or not but still i was able to select parts with all the information i know. This build comes in my budget range and now i need some help in reviewing it before i could actually start building. Anyhow i will wait for at-least a week or two to gather all reviews and information. You are welcome to suggest/replace/recommend more or less better. Thanks in Advance.

Remember, if you get an older MSI board that supports flashback, you can update the BIOS without a compatible CPU. This means you can get the 3600 on a cheaper but potentially equally as good motherboard.

Well I can do that to save some bucks. I can go with some b450/x470 mbd. And in that case should I go with rx5700 or I should go for Nvidia etc 2060 super series to pair with 3600? I have heard both performs equally well and only difference is the price. Let me know your thoughts.

Your Specs
Ryzen 3600
Rx 5700
X570 mobo
All are PCI 4.0
If you buy these, which are similar in price and will fall in price if you wait, you will be among few people who are using latest PCI 4.0

B450 motherboards needs bios update and first 3rd gen series cpu updates might not be that good. B450 motherboards are PCI 3.0, if you use this gpu will run as per 3.0 performance

Budget X570 mobos are coming out wait for it,your build will be future proof

2060 and rx5700 have quite same price here, rx5700 is better in performance because of its GDDR6 and PCI 4.0
