AMD 3870K APU compatible in crossfire with AMD 7850 2GB graphics card?

I was wondering if the AMD 3870K APU processer/graphics was compatible with the AMD 7850 2GB graphics card in crossfire. If so, how would i do this? I heard this from a friend and heard that it boosts performance. Thanks

No, they're not compatible. They use completely different architectures.
