[SOLVED] AMD 5 3600 weird behaviour

Hello, my processor was totally fine but today it started doing weird things.. when I am playing my temps are around 55/60 thats normal but out of nowhere it burst to 100C.. I think it is not even real because my PC would shut down.. Anyway when I am playing it is usually using 20-25% of my CPU (I play old, easier games) but when this issue happened, my fps went from 100 to 15, I opened task manager and power of my cpu went to 1-2% so I opened afterburner and saw this.. but it is weird to me.. how I can reach these temps if my processor is working on 1-2%???

well software does not always work and yes your machine would shut down way before that.
have you installed AMD drivers for CPU and set windows power plan on AMD Balanced ??

I would use Hwinfo or Ryzen Master to monitor your temps.
