AMD 5350 2.05ghz with a Nvidia GTX 970

I was just curious if putting a GTX 970 with my AMD 5350 would cause any problems or if I should upgrade my CPU before putting one in , I have the correct amount of PSU and was just wondering about this one thing

A: You might want to submit more of your specs before you start throwing out, what you can and can't do,
B: Yes you need to upgrade it. the 5350 is terrible. Get a 8320 or a 8350. Both of which you can get for around 100$
